Volunteer Information Night - Anne Arundel (7:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
Hospice of the Chesapeake will hold a Volunteer Information Night for prospective volunteers on Wednesday, February 10, from 7 - 9 p.m. at the Annapolis office located at 445 Defense Highway. Hospice staff and volunteers will discuss the many interesting volunteer opportunities in a relaxed and informal setting. Light refreshments will be served. This group is offered in partnership with Baltimore Washington Medical Center and is held on the 2nd floor of the medical center. Stepping Stones - AA (6:00 PM - 7:30 PM)
A four-week support group for children over six years of age, teens and their parent/guardians. The group will meet over dinner and each session will include a focused discussion addressing some aspect of the grief process. Family members will attend separate simultaneous discussions. There is a fee of $40 per person for Hospice of the Chesapeake families and community members. The maximum fee per family is $80.
