Hope Full Holiday seminars are intended to offer support for individuals who are grieving during the holidays. 

Adults coping with loss are welcome as we  address self-care, holiday survival strategies and how to honor the grief process, as well as the memory of loved ones throughout the season. 

There is $10 fee per person and registration is requested to ensure we have the proper amount of materials, snacks and handouts. To register, please contact The Life Center at 410-987-2129.
