A creative expression support group utilizing an innovative collage technique known as SoulCollage. Collages are constructed to commemorate lost loved ones and to visually journal the grief process. They are shared and discussed in a supportive group setting, and exercises aimed at self-growth and healing are conducted within the group. The collages which are created become an important means of connecting with others and enhancing communication through the use of imagery. This is a monthly group that meets on the 1st or 2nd Monday of the month. This group is open to Hospice of the Chesapeake family members and members of the community who have experienced a loss. There is a supply fee of $5 per session. Pre-registration is required.
