Residents at our hospice house enjoy the same level of freedom and comfort they would experience in their own homes and visits by families and friends are encouraged and welcomed. Hospice services include:

Medical and nursing care, available 24-hours a day

Social work services

Certified nursing assistants

Medical equipment, supplies and medication

Spiritual support and counseling

Volunteer services


Scheduled meals are included and prepared for patients, however meals may also be prepared at each patient's request and family members are also invited to bring special dishes from home.

Patients and family members will feel the warmth and peaceful respite the house provides with:
Four acre wooded lot
Great room with double-sided fireplace brings warmth to family gatherings
Spacious rear deck overlooking woods and wild life sanctuary
Second floor loft with quiet, private space for meditation or relaxation, easily accessible by elevator
Large eat-in kitchen with separate patient and family dining areas
Gardens and memorial pathway to meditation pond and butterfly garden


To ensure maximum comfort, the eight private bedrooms include:
Private bathroom
Television
Telephone
Soft chairs or sofas for visiting family members
Radio and CD players


John & Arloine Mandrin
Our staff ensures comfort for all patients and makes sure that patients receive prompt, personal care. Laundry and cleaning services are also provided to patients.

Families are encouraged to help residents personalize their rooms with photos, and mementos that evoke pleasant memories. Loved ones who may wish to stay overnight may do so.
