The Honor An Angel program is a wonderful way for patients and families to say thank you to the unsung Angel at Hospice of the Chesapeake - Doctors, Nurses, Certified Nursing Aides, Social Workers, Chaplains and Volunteers who are the cornerstones of our compassionate hospice care. 

Now you can show your appreciation for the outstanding care that you or your loved has received by making a donation in your Angel's honor. Your gift will honor them for their commitment to our mission to improve the lives of those living with and affected by advanced illness in the communities we serve.  In turn, each Angel will receive a special acknowledgement letter from our President and CEO thanking them for making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
