The Circle of Life recognizes those individuals and organizations that provide exceptional support to Hospice of the Chesapeake through their annual philanthropic commitments.  Their generosity enables Hospice of the Chesapeake to provide quality compassionate and supportive care to all those living with or affected by advanced illness in our community. 

Membership Levels:

Benefactor – Annual contribution of $25,000 or more 

Guardian – Annual contribution of  $10,000 - $24,999

Advocate – Annual contribution of $5,000 - $9,999  

Circle of Life members receive periodic and timely updates on Hospice of the Chesapeake’s programs and the impact of private gift support; opportunities to attend informational meetings and receptions throughout the year ; and an invitation to the annual Circle of Life recognition and celebration event held in November, National Hospice Month.
