Director of Clinical Services
Hospice of the Chesapeake
Deborah DiNenna currently serves as the Director of Clinical Services for Hospice of the Chesapeake. She joined the organization in 2008 as a Clinical Manager and was promoted to Clinical Director in 2011.
DiNenna has lead all aspects of the clinical organization including multiple home and facility care teams, intake and admissions, triage, inpatient care, and residential care during her tenure with Hospice of the Chesapeake. Hospice patient census growth has exceeded double digits annually under her tenure.
DiNenna received her RN license in 1995 and subsequently worked for Trinity Medical Center in the Quad Cities of Illinois and Iowa where she managed a 12-bed medical intensive care unit. In 2003, she relocated to Pennsylvania and joined the staff of St. Luke’s Health System including in 2006 accepting a promotion to Clinical Manager of Hospice Care for the VNA of St. Luke’s where she managed a clinical team and accepted admission and case management responsibilities.
DiNenna is currently furthering her education with Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
