“Release and Let Go”

Release and let go. While listening to the sounds of singing bowls and therapeutic music, participants will begin with a guided meditation to identify and write down blockages, such as grief, shame, anger, fear; emotions associated with the loss of their loved one. At the end of the sound bath participants will be given the opportunity to burn the blockages they wrote down as a comforting and symbolic way to solidate the practice of releasing and letting go.
