Phoenix Rising, a monthly group for teens ages 13 to 18 grieving the loss of a loved one, children & teen groups are held in-person in the Pasadena office from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month. A meal is provided along with games and other activities. These groups meet according to the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Anne Arundel County. People who are grieving the loss of someone dear to them can learn how movement, including yoga, can open a path to healing with Chesapeake Life Center’s “Living with Loss: Grief and Movement” workshop.
