Come to the Burnett Center for Hope & Healing at 4559 Sixes Road in Prince Frederick from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, to enjoy services to help you relax and empower you to thrive in your caregiving role.

Services offered throughout the day will include blood pressure and ArC checks, flu shots, massages, reiki, yoga, sound meditation and cooking demonstrations.
